Why haven't I received half my order?
Due to high demand for certain items and some supply chain disruptions, your order may not have included specific items such as the Can Cooler, Drink Bottle (Black Lid), Lapel Pin, and Small Pencil Case. Rest assured these items will be dispatched separately and are expected to arrive after Christmas and/or New Year.
How much credit will I receive?
If you are a main account holder for your group, you will have access to the total credit amount for both you and other members. Please see below the credits that will be associated with the packages per person:

Your credit is automatically used upon check out and to pay for shipping. If the total amount including shipping exceeds the amount of credit provided, members will need to pay the difference by a debit or credit card.
