Why haven't I received my log in yet even though I am 2025 Member?
Our team are releasing access in small batches to ensure a smooth experience for everyone and to prevent any issues with the site.
At this moment in time, some At-Home members have received their log ins and more will be receiving it soon. In-Stadium members, such as Platinum, Full Season, Kogarah, Wollongong and Flexi members, will receive their log in emails shortly once seating has been allocated.
Our team is working diligently to send out additional login details as quickly as possible, so that all members have the chance to select their items and receive them before Christmas.
How much credit will I receive?
If you are a main account holder for your group, you will have access to the total credit amount for both you and other members. Please see below the credits that will be associated with the packages per person:
