St George Illawarra Dragons lock Trent Merrin cannot hide his emotions following the NSW Blues 6-4 victory over the Queensland Maroons at ANZ Stadium, Olympic Park on Wednesday.

The NSW representative, who has been capped on nine-occassions for his state, admits he is lost for words and cannot describe what the win means to him.
