St George Illawarra Dragons Head Coach Paul McGregor has emphasised the importance of having strong support staff as part of his overall season review.

McGregor discusses the how Assistant Coaches Ben Hornby, Ian Millward and Dean Young have all assisted him this campaign as well as commenting on the unity of the playing group throughout the season.
