St George Illawarra Dragons Head of Athletic Performance Nathan Pickworth provides a behind-the-scenes look at a typical first-grade pre-season training session.
The Red-and-Whites presently have 36 players involved in pre-season training comprising of 31 first-grade players and five members of the Club’s National Youth Competition team.
Dragons quartet Josh Dugan, Tyson Frizell, Jason Nightingale and Gareth Widdop will commence their respective pre-season training in the new year.
