Zac Lomax emerged as the 'gifted one' when he was working his way through the ranks at the St George Illawarra Dragons and he's now become the cornerstone of the Red V's rejuvenated 2020 NRL campaign.
Boasting unwavering potential, Lomax has recorded 26 first-grade games since his NRL debut in 2018 and has found himself floating amongst the outside backs at wing, centre, and fullback.
He was earmarked as a superstar of the future when he progressed through the Illawarra Steelers' UNE Harold Matthews and SG Ball Cup sides before rightfully earning his place in the CABE NSW Under 16s and 18s teams.
He has also represented the Australian Schoolboys (2016), Australia U20s (2018 and 2019) and Australian Prime Minister's XIII (2018).
In Lomax's nine Canterbury Cup NSW appearances for the Dragons, he recorded seven tries, three try-assists, three line-breaks and 20 tackle-breaks.
His fast-tracked development has culminated into the 20-year-old cementing his place at right-centre in the first-grade squad, and he has produced some stunning performances in 2020 that has helped re-ignite the club's finals aspirations.
