Classic Sportswear and the St George Illawarra Dragons are proud to announce a multi-year extension to its existing partnership, until at least the end of the 2026 season.
Classic Sportswear has been the official apparel partner of the Dragons since 2021, producing the on-field and off-field apparel requirements for the Dragons NRL, NRLW, Knock On Effect NSW Cup and Jersey Flegg squads as well as the SG Ball, Tarsha Gale, Harold Matthews and Lisa Fiaola squads for both St George and Illawarra.
Synonymous with rugby league at all levels, Classic Sportswear has been delivering high performance sportswear since 1934. 100% Australian owned, it is recognised throughout the sporting industry for its exceptional products for elite athletes and fans.
Classic Sportswear managing director Warren Carney said he is excited by the opportunity to extend the partnership with the St George Illawarra Dragons.
"We are really excited to be extending our partnership with the Dragons until 2026 and we are excited about what the club is building both on and off the field," Carney said.
"The Dragons and Classic Sportswear have always been part of the fabric of rugby league and there are great synergies between our two brands. The Red V is one of the most iconic and recognisable jerseys in Australian sport.
"We look forward to continuing to deliver high quality, innovative products using cutting edge technology, designed for ultimate performance, durability and comfort to the Dragons' playing group and all members and fans."
St George Illawarra chief executive officer Ryan Webb said the club was pleased to have Classic Sportswear extend their partnership.
"Despite having another season to go on our existing relationship, we were more than happy to extend Classic Sportswear's tenure as the Dragons' official apparel partner," Webb said.
"Classic Sportswear have shown over the past two seasons how greatly they support all of the Dragons' rugby league endeavours, from our first grade teams down to our male and female junior pathways, and we couldn't be happier to continue this partnership."
