The St George Illawarra Dragons have announced video messaging platform Swysh as an apparel partner for the upcoming NRL Women's Premiership season.
Swysh have been confirmed as the Dragons' below-number apparel partner ahead of the commencement of the Dragons' NRLW campaign this weekend against the Gold Coast Titans in Wollongong.
Swysh is a website where fans can order personalised video message from a vast array of Australia's biggest sports stars.
Swysh founder and chief executive Michael Roth said partnering with the Dragons' 2022 NRLW endeavours would prove to be a great fit for all involved.
"We're really excited to be on the Dragons' jersey for the upcoming NRLW season. Not only is the team stacked with talent who the fans love, but the club share our passion for fan engagement, innovation and community," said Roth, who has been at the coalface of Swysh raising over $500,000 for local charities in the past two years.
"We see the popularity of the women's game first-hand from the number of requests we receive from fans wanting to connect with their favourite NRLW stars, so we're thrilled to support the Dragons' upcoming campaign.
"We're also really looking forward to bringing the Dragons' fans even closer to their favourite players, past and present."
The website hosts over 250 NRL and NRLW stars, including a number of current players and club legends such as Dragons' Women's Premiership coach Jamie Soward.
"I've been on Swysh for a number of years now, it's a really fun way to interact with fans and it will be a good opportunity to help boost the brand of our NRLW players," Soward said.
"Swysh's willingness to jump on board with the Dragons says a lot about the club's standing in Australia's sporting landscape and a great opportunity for both organisations to grow together."
