St George Illawarra are proud to announce Roger Seeto as the Red V member of the match for Round 25!
As a thank you for his dedication, Roger was showcased during our Round 25 home game at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium, Kogarah on Saturday, September 3 and presented with a signed 2022 Dragons jersey.
Why was he selected as the Red V member of the match?
A loyal Red V member for 15 consecutive years, Roger has shown his commitment to the Dragons time and again through his actions and always being there to support his team.
Through his Platinum membership and his NRLW membership which he has held since its inception, Roger takes full advantage of his membership benefits and has formed a lasting relationship with the club and his fellow, passionate supporters. He is always a familiar face at member events both local and interstate and is first in on game day without fault.
Roger travels to as many games as possible to support both the NRL and NRLW squad and his frequency at both games and events has formed him rapport with players who will always greet him.
Who is Roger’s favourite Dragons player (past or present) and why?
Tariq Sims! For all the things he does that the general public doesn’t see. He always has the time for Dragons supporters and never refuses to sign anything. Another moment that stuck out was after a game when he was at a McDonalds and noticed two young kids in front of him who were acting shy. He started talking to them and eventually also paid for their meals!
