The St George Illawarra Dragons have proudly completed a two-day visit along the Far South Coast, delivering the ‘The Best You Can Be’ Health and Wellbeing program.

NRLW young gun and Milton Ulladulla Bulldogs junior, Keele Browne accompanied community staff on the recent visit to St Mary’s Moruya PS, Bermagui PS, and Cobargo PS to help deliver wellbeing messages to local schools, with a particular focus on resilience, nutrition, and hydration.

The trip followed on from several visits to local schools across Wollongong and Kogarah, with the program being delivered as far south as Eden and as far north as Kogarah.
