Dominic, a young gun who is passionate about his footy, is one of our young fans who lives and breathes the Dragons.

Like many, Dominic started off as a casual fan of footy, on the off occasion he attended a Dragons game or watched on TV. Over time, Dominic’s interest in footy began to grow, as did his love for Oz Tag and Touch Footy in which he plays socially with his mates. The decision to become a devoted member was inevitable, in 2018 Dominic jumped started the journey of becoming part of the Red V!

Even through lockdown, Dominic remained loyal to the Dragons, retaining his membership, and never missing a televised game. One of the silver linings for Dominic and his family was participating in the unique NRL activation, which provided NRL fans the opportunity to take their seats in their team's home venue and watch their team play by having their photo printed on a cut-out.

Due to his passion and incredible attention to detail, Dominic developed a vastly impressive memory and fact base knowledge of the NRL and particularly his Dragons. He is incredibly enthusiastic about the Dragons that he remembers the smallest of details such as the weather, on field plays and who was nominated as player of the match.

I remember the 2022 ANZAC Day game, the weather forecast predicted rain and we couldn’t get to the game so we watched at home…I remember Ben Hunt’s 40/20 in the last few minutes of the game and that he went on to win the player of the match!

Nowadays, Dominic and his family attend all home games at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium no matter the time or weather! He also has amassed a significant memorabilia collection that honours legends past and present.
