The Dragons Reconciliation Action Plan committee, players, and staff would like to invite artists (aged 16 years and over) from within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community to submit a design for the 2024 Dragons Indigenous Jersey.
In 2024, the Dragons would like our jersey to highlight and explore artworks that capture "Connection" as our core theme.
The Dragons believe that, through our chosen artwork, we are in a position to educate our fans and supporter base through visual arts by using traditional cultural practices as the vehicle for continued learning.
Click here for more information on the design brief.
The chosen design will be incorporated within the 2024 Dragons Indigenous Jersey and associated supporters' merchandise, which will be showcased across the week leading into Indigenous Round.
Representatives from Dragons' First Nations Working Group, playing squad, staff and selected Elders will review all submissions and select the winning design based on relevance to the design brief.
Please click here to download the entry form and read the full design brief and terms of submission.
All artworks must be submitted by Friday, September 1st, 2023.
