The Dragons conducted 10 school visits across the St George area on Monday as a part of The Best You Can Be Blitz.
Alongside the NRL Development Team, members of the Dragons NRL and NRLW squads visited the schools to promote the importance of “being your best” through health and wellbeing.
Players emphasised the importance of the tools that they use to be at their best daily through a range of different topics such as sleep, diet, and physical activity.
Playing rugby league is a terrific way to be at your best in a health and wellbeing sense.
