The Dragons are partnering with Wollongong Homeless Hub & Housing Services for Round 7's 50/50 Charity Raffle at WIN Stadium.
50/50 - Wollongong Homeless Hub and Housing Services
The Dragons have worked with Wollongong Homeless Hub in recent years to support a number of the wonderful initiatives that are being conducted by the organisation's staff and volunteers, most recently attending the Outreach evening at Wollongong Train Station alongside players from the Steelers Tarsha Gale Cup side.
The Outreach program provides community members the opportunity to access a number of services including The Wollongong Homeless Hub Staff, Street Side Medics, OrangeSky (Laundry Service) as well as dinner provided by the Lighthouse Community Kitchen.
For nearly 40 years, Wollongong Homeless Hub has been servicing the Illawarra community by providing assistance to people who are the most vulnerable with a particular focus on homelessness and those at risk of becoming homeless.
Wollongong Homeless Hub's mission is to alleviate distress and empower vulnerable people from all backgrounds who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and support them to transition from homelessness to home.
As a part of our mission to have a positive impact on our community, we encourage you to get along to WIN Stadium, Wollongong this Friday to support Wollongong Homeless Hub & Housing Services as our 50/50 Match Day Charity Raffle partner or, if you cannot make the game, purchase a ticket online.
