The 31-year-old made her NRLW debut for the Eels a season ago and went on to make seven appearances both on the wing and in the centres notching five tries.
The Tully native has spent the early part of the year with the Mackay Cutters in QRL's BMD Premiership after two seasons with the Wynnum Manly Seagulls.
“Adding some more experience to our back five I think was a key area for us this year,” NRLW head coach Jamie Soward said.
“When we found out Kim was still unsigned, we jumped at the chance straight away. She's very professional in the way she approaches things, she looks after herself, and provides us a lot more depth in those key positions. I'm sure she's going to be a welcome addition with her experience amongst those young girls.”
