The Dragons will be raising funds for the i98FM Illawarra Convoy at Sunday afternoon's double-header at WIN Stadium.
A total of $6.00 will be donated to the i98FM Illawarra Convoy for every person who attends on Sunday thanks to St George Bank, TripADeal, Squadron Energy, Venues NSW, the NRL and the Dragons.
The largest truck and motorbike convoy in the Southern Hemisphere, the i98FM Illawarra Convoy is one of the largest one-day, regional fundraisers in the country with funds raised providing direct support to individuals and families affected by potentially life-threatening medical conditions, charities that work with these people, and local hospitals.
"It's great that our club gets to support a something that means so much to the people of the Illawarra," Dragons CEO Ryan Webb said.
"It's a really important day for our club on Sunday and we hope that everyone can get to WIN Stadium to help support Convoy and all the good they do for our community."
The convoy has raised over $25 million since it began in 2005 with thousands of locals having benefitted from the funds raised.
This year's convoy will be held on Sunday, November 17th with the ride starting in Appin and finishing at Shellharbour Regional Airport for a family fun day.
To help support the convoy, purchase a ticket to Sunday's double-header or, if you cannot attend, visit illawarraconvoy.com.au to donate.
