The St George Illawarra Dragons have unveiled the club’s 2025 playing jerseys, featuring a new major partner.
Australia’s leading renewable energy company, Squadron Energy, working in partnership with St George Illawarra Dragons, will have the Squadron Energy logo featured on the front of the NRL and NRLW home and away playing jerseys and across club apparel.
St George Illawarra Dragons CEO Ryan Webb said the club was looking forward to kicking off an exciting journey, with a new front of shirt look for the first time in nearly half a century.
“We’re excited to kick-start an exciting new chapter in our club’s history alongside Squadron Energy on and off the field,” Webb said.
“The club has a strong presence throughout the Illawarra and the NSW South Coast, as well as the regions where Squadron’s projects are based, which makes this an even better alignment for the club with more reason to give back to our local communities.”
Squadron Energy CEO Rob Wheals said Squadron Energy was bringing a passion for sport, regional communities and the environment with its new position on the jersey.
“It’s great to have Squadron Energy powering up the iconic Red V,” Wheals said.
