NRL 24-Hour Update: Round 2 v Rabbitohs

Head Coach Shane Flanagan has updated his squad to face the South Sydney Rabbitohs at WIN Stadium in Round 2 of the 2025 Telstra Premiership.

24-Hour Update: There are no changes to the 17 named on Tuesday. Dylan Egan and Tyrell Sloan remain on the extended bench with Lyhkan King-Togia, Loko Pasifiki Tonga, and Michael Molo dropping out.

Blake Lawrie (hamstring) returns for the Red V onto the interchange in place of Ryan Couchman in the only change to the Round 1 side.

Couchman was taken from the field with a right knee injury against the Bulldogs on Saturday night with scans on Sunday unfortunately confirming an ACL injury for the 21-year-old.

Hamish Stewart earns another opportunity off the interchange after a successful debut in which he played 43 minutes and made 38 tackles.
